Připojte se k opavskému týmu logistiky Mondelēz International!

Hledáme vedoucí/ho pro sklad surovin v naší největší sušenkové továrně v Evropě.

Jak vypadá tato práce?

• plánování, vedení, organizace a efektivní využití skladu surovin

• řízení a koordinace operátorů skladu a plánování směn (cca 10 lidí)

• koordinaci pracovních procesů, zavádění/zlepšování procesů

• zaškolování, motivování a předávání zpětné vazby svému týmu

• stanovovat týmu krátkodobé a dlouhodobé cíle, kontrolovat jejich plnění a dosahování cílů společnosti

• praxi v oblasti logistiky a vedení kolektivu

• ochotu učit se nové věci a neustále na sobě pracovat

• týmového hráče, který bude respektovat týmová rozhodnutí a přispěje i svými nápady

• lídra, který bude svému týmu oporou a bude ho motivovat

• MS Office, SAP výhodou

• znalost angličtiny výhodou
