You lead the revenue management capabilities workstream. You are responsible for defining and aligning the overall vision for Category Pricing Strategy, Delivering Price Realization and developing the Price Pack Architecture roadmap to expand our brands into new households, channels and consumer occasions, ultimately growing Net Revenue

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Identify ways to deliver consistent, annual Price Realization

  • Develop the multi-year Price-Pack Architecture roadmap, evaluating opportunities based on consumer insights, as well as financial and operational feasibility

  • Partner with Marketing and Innovation on Pricing and Promotion strategies for Innovation and new pack platforms

  • Develop customer facing selling materials for all RGM strategies

  • Utilize existing, and develop new, RGM analytic approaches

  • Inspire key stakeholders with demonstrable progress toward the overall vision with strong engagement and clear communication

  • Manage, lead and empower a team

What you will bring

  • A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Extensive, proven experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods preferred

  • Superior analytic ability, including extensive experience using Nielsen and/or other syndicated data

  • Strong consumer insights foundation accompanied by good financial and operational understanding of the business (customer knowledge a plus)

  • Future-focused mindset, curious about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers and the ability to translate opportunities into business strategies

  • Ability and agility to develop and deliver a strategic plan, measuring and monitoring results and making recommendations to achieve growth targets

  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing local and regional diverse teams

  • Able to influence stakeholders and interact effectively with senior leadership based on a deep understanding of priorities and with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business related field required

Job specific requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years experience required.

  • 7 years experience in RGM/NRM, PPA, or Brand Management

  • Experience working in a matrixed CPG environment

  • Proven success leading and developing teams
