Responsible for day to day administration and operation support of the internal payroll processes. To ensure all payments/reports are completed to agreed deadlines.Manage & Support Payroll system & Interfaces

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with plants/sites to ensure time & attendance data is accurate and has appropriate controls

  • Processing 3rd party payments/pension payments

  • Working with finance to support on payroll postings

  • Distribute payroll reports to business

  • Processing social security payments and ensuring they are done within deadline to avoid penalties

  • Support MBS/employees and the business with payroll queries that are not dealt with by NGA

  • To look at continuous improvement opportunities

  • Work with and support UK MBS team to ensure end to end processes that impact payroll are efficient and ensure employee’s pay is accurate

  • Work with Plant coordinators to ensure end to end processes that impact payroll are efficient and 11.ensure employee’s pay is accurate

  • To support on any payroll related projects

  • Ensures necessary system preparations, timeline, population and creation of mass upload files to support payroll blue collar pay increases.

  • Administration of the overpayment & underpayment process

  • Support the Payroll Controls

  • Working with Payroll Providers to resolve queries and is one of the contacts between the business and NGA

  • Provides training on NGA systems and deals with access requests/issues

Qualifications

Required:

  • Some Experience in Payroll

  • Highly computer literate - Excel, Word

  • Experience in Sap

  • To manage the relationship between various teams within MBS and our payroll providers

  • To be educated to A Level standard in English, Maths

  • To be able to train colleagues in the systems we use.
