The Global Mobility Analyst reports to the Global Mobility Lead in supporting international moves working closely with talent acquisition, HR business partners, hiring managers and external service partnerships and other key stakeholders as needed.

How you will contribute

Be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation support for processes in your area of responsibility and will deliver them within agreed to deadlines and ensure service quality is maintained. You will ensure that all activities comply with standard operating procedures and legal requirements, including data privacy considerations and work with other team members to ensure that end-to-end processes are efficient and accurate, including data input and maintenance. You will deal with access requests/issues and identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities.

In this role you will:

  • Act as supporting analyst to GM advisor to ensure smooth coordination of operational activities with a proactive approach.

  • Liaise with the Immigration team, Payroll, the Service Center, Talent acquisition, People experience, My Rewards to ensure all necessary processes/actions are completed to execute a move.

  • Act as supporting advisor to Global Mobility team operations. Transactional related management of operational deliverables to meet case management and vendor deadlines:

  • Set-up records in the assignment system and generate initial Cost Estimates for review.

  • Prepare Transfer Approval Form and send for completion and approval via relevant system.

  • Prepare relevant documentation (Permanent transfer and international assignments), including compensation proposals, and after peer review, request for local contract creation from Talent Acquisition and the Service Center.

  • Support the Global Mobility Advisor during the whole assignment lifecycle.

  • Manage service now queue and workday related tasks.

  • Report preparation for activity and budgeting.

  • Conduct team operational meetings in accordance with vendor reports to ensure timely delivery ahead of agreed deadlines.

  • Assignment Lifecycle Operations, invoicing and ad-hoc projects.

  • Discuss with the advisor any escalations received, including those linked with vendor performance issues. Support root cause escalation cases.

  • Maintain the system updated to ensure data integrity, send payroll instructions, review reports to meet payroll and finance deadlines, and administer assignment allowances.

  • Contribute to process reviews regularly.

  • 3+ of experience in global mobility for LATAM, North America desirable

  • Experience in a multinational company is strongly preferred

  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders and employees at all levels across the organization

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey

  • Complex guidance in terms that are clear, professional, and concise

  • Ability to develop and understand new processes quickly

  • Strong organizational abilities, capable of multitasking, working independently and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.

  • Ability to work with complex scenarios and under pressure

In this role you will:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of international assignments and permanent moves (inbound/outbound), including assignment cost projections, immigration, relocation, taxation, etc.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the assignment lifecycle, from pre-assignment preparation to repatriation.

  • Provide operational support and complex case management support liaising with other team members.

  • Manage exceptions and escalate issues when appropriate.

  • Works directly with internal stakeholders and external vendors to monitor service provided to employees.

  • Manages day to day operations of global mobility vendors (e.g., expense management, invoicing, and payments, etc.) to ensure great employee experience.

  • Supports the development, maintenance, and updating of mobility program tools, technologies, and communication platforms (e.g., checklists, forms, guides, intranet, SharePoint tools, etc.).

  • Report preparation for activity and budgeting.

  • Participate in mobility-related initiatives and program enhancements.
