How you will contribute

You will:

  • Be the project manager for the Smart Pricing Project in WACAM. This means Interact with local RGM teams, analytics global team and other stakeholders.

  • Build and automate relevant reports of Price and Packaging, Promotional ROI and Trade Terms performance.

  • Work with the Global Analytics Team building statistical models to measure regular price elasticity and promotional price elasticity both for consumers and trade.

  • Build Postmorterm analysis for promotional activities.

  • Design and implement a machine learning model to predict Promo ROI.

  • Develop a discount optimization algorithm.

  • Active enrollment in defining the best data solutions to automate and democratize data in WACAM. Liaison with IBS in this type of projects.

  • Find Revenue Pools based on Market Analysis of price and packages of Mondelez and the competition.

  • Build Pricing Scenarios to find the optimal price of SKU/Location.

  • Simulate net impact of pricing strategies in Volume, Share, Revenue and Margin.

  • Strong quantitative skill set with experience in statistical modelling, econometrics modelling such as Regression, Hierarchical Bayesian

  • Ability to use data visualization tools to showcase data for stakeholders

  • A natural inclination toward solving complex problems especially related to return on marketing investment, promo efficiency, model explanability and forecasting

  • Knowledge/experience with statistical programming languages including SAS, R, Python, SQL, etc., to process data and gain insights from it

  • Knowledge and experience in advanced statistical techniques and concepts including, regression, distribution properties, statistical testing, etc.

  • Good communication skills to build strong relations and team work with Sales Operations, Trade Analytics and Finance.

  • Understanding in best-in-class analytics practices

  • Knowledge of Indicators (KPI's) and scorecards

  • Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Excel, Alteryx, R, Python, etc. is a plus

Education / Certifications:

  • BS in a related field preferred (Engineering, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics).

Job specific requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of overall experience in analytics, business intelligence, revenue management or finance.

  • Knowledge/experience with statistical programming languages including SAS, R, Python, SQL, etc., to process data and gain insights from it

  • Programming knowledge in other languages such as SQL, or Visual Basics.

  • Analytics skills such as statistical modeling, simulation and machine learning is a must.

  • Experience handling large and complex data sets. Previous experience working with Data Warehouse, Data Lake and databases in general.

  • Good communication skills to build strong relations and team work with Sales Operations, Trade Analytics and Finance.

  • Good presentation skills.

  • Proven proficiency in English, written and spoken.
