Job Description

Cloud Solution Delivery Expert is responsible for the management of the Mondelēz (MDLZ) Cloud operations in Microsoft Azure to deliver Hosting support services at Mondelēz International across the globe. This role is responsible for the governance of the Microsoft Azure services across the Globe, ensuring support service providers meet MDLZ’s development expectations including all SLA’s and KPI’s. The role requires a strong understanding of the Microsoft Azure services and the IS processes involved (i.e. Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management). The role acts as a liaison and key enabler between vendors, the MDLZ Support team and other MDLZ Information Technology Services. The role requires a high degree of stand-alone decision making and vendor guidance as well as ability to execute and automate technical changes hands-on.

Operations Management:

  • Lead cross-functional projects and teams by working with technical stakeholders across the organization to develop and deliver sustainable infrastructure operations, with increasing levels of automation, resiliency, and security.

  • Identify gaps and propose changes to existing policy, systems, technical, and operations process frameworks. Develop scalable solutions, manage risks and develop best practices that are beneficial across the organization.

  • Act as a technical advisor and an escalation point for troubleshooting to resolve technical challenges for Microsoft Azure.

  • Hands-on involvement whenever required to aid the support partners in managing IaaS and PaaS components in the Cloud.

Processes Management

  • Ensure and promote ITIL best practices for Incident, Problem, Change, Release management within IS and Service Providers.

  • Collaborate in Support Processes and Tools definition, implementation and monitoring.

  • Collaboratively seek Continuous Improvement, simplification, and harmonization of IS processes across regions, ensuring benefits are delivered.

Security & Compliance Management

  • Ensure/promote Security guidelines accomplishment (Change Management)

  • Drive CIS/NIST and other regulatory compliance improvement initiatives

  • Act as point of contact between Security and Service management teams for Vulnerability management and remediation

What you need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of total experience with relevant experience including automating infrastructure provisioning, developer operations, continuous integration/delivery, designing, building, and deploying on-premise, VPC and Cloud-based solutions.

  • Experience with physical/virtual infrastructure, operating systems, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Kubernetes), Microsoft Azure (or GCP/AWS) PaaS and IaaS services.

  • Experience with ITIL or equivalent ITSM practices.

  • Knowledge of Agile, DevSecOps and SRE principles.

  • Security compliance, vulnerability management and network related experience is beneficial.

  • At least AZ-104 or equivalent certification in GCP/AWS.
