How you will contribute

You will:

  1. Manage the day-to-day liquidity positions of pooled and non-pooled affiliates of MIF and MII. Based on forecasted and actual positions and prevailing market conditions:
  • optimize currency positions across domestic and international pools through funds transfers

  • optimize cross-currency funding and investments through FX swap transactions and

  • execute money market investments with and borrowings from 3rd parties or the parent company as appropriate.

  1. Fund short-term cash needs via the CP/ECP markets, invest excess cash in time deposits and MMFs in line with forecasted cash flows and in a most efficient way.

  2. Drive main projects related to harmonization of cash management activities globally, cash forecasts improvements and other improvements related to the FO environment. Assist in Treasury projects and the constant improvement of Treasury Processes and the Global Treasury System (testing etc.).

  3. Be responsible for management of the groups intercompany loan portfolio and coordination across other stakeholders within Tax, Legal and Treasury.

  4. Continually strive to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and forecasting.

  5. Main backup for the FO manager in ST Liquidity operations. Lead in coaching other teams on all aspects related to execution of FX and ST liquidity.

What you will bring

  • Thorough FX and Liquidity management experience.

  • Excellent knowledge of European and US banking practice and corporate treasury function.

  • Strong communication skills and analytical thinking.

  • Fluent with various systems (SAP, Reuters, Bloomberg, 360T, Excel).

  • Preferably P&L management experience.

  • At least 5 years of Front Office experience and thorough understanding and practical experience with financial instruments.
