Mondelez International Demand and Fulfillment Analyst in Bucharest, Romania

As Demand and Fulfillment Analyst you will support the Market Demand Planning Team in delivering the targeted Service Levels through Root Cause Analysis and coordinating service issues resolution, providing the linkage to Supply Planning. You will offer support in delivering targeted Forecast Performance through analysis and follow through of planning capabilities. Also, you will support in delivering flawless cross-team process execution through data management and systems administration.

You will be mainly responsible for:

  • Supporting the Market Demand Planning Team in delivering the targeted Service Levels

  • Ensuring accurate and timely communication of service management information between Markets and the Supply Hubs and Load Control Centre through correct daily & weekly Service Reporting

  • Providing insights to Daily and Weekly service management processes through Service reporting analysis, proposing actions to avoid immediate Service Risks

  • Providing analysis support for the Demand Planning manager in preparation of the weekly Service Outlook meetings and the monthly Area Service Review and Service Hot Spots meetings, propose actions to avoid Service Risks for the full short to longterm horizon

  • Analyzing Root Causes to incurred Service Delivery failures, identifying and proposing lessons learned actions to continuously improve the planning processes and planning capabilities

  • Support Demand Planning Team in delivering Forecast Performance

  • Supporting continuous improvement of Forecast Performance through Forecast KPI performance reporting and analysis, review forecast drivers and identify forecast accuracy improvements. Analyse from the various dimensions of category/key pack/sku/customer level.

  • Assisting in preparation and analysis of Demand Reports in order to so support DP Team in preparation for the category/product demand analysis and insights to review & action in Category Demand Consensus, Demand Forecast Sign Off and Link meetings

  • Delivering flawless cross-team process execution through Ageing stock management, Master Data management and systems administration.

  • Reducing and mitigating Ageing Stock and waste risk through investigating available to options to sell stock to Customers with lower TLG, by initiating appropriate stock balancing (in Multi-DC-Environment) and supporting BU-BU shipments as initiated by the Hub as part of Ageing Prevention.

  • Reducing and mitigating Ageing Stock and Waste risks by following up on execution of local mitigation actions as agreed with Sales / Customer Service Function in order to minimize sales and write-off risks.

  • Ensuring accurate and timely creation for Co-Manufacturing Purchase Orders

  • Executing relevant Master Data Maintenance in in a timely and correct manner in order to ensure a smooth E2E MD Process


To be successful in this role we need you to have:

  • University degree in Economics, ideally with focus on Logistics/Supply Chain

  • 1-2 years work experience in a similar position, preferably in the FMCG industry

  • Fluent in English

  • Good SAP skills, and excellent MS-Office skills (in particular Excel)

  • Strong analytical skills combined with a structured way of working

  • Pro-active and independent working style

  • Strong communications skills and ability to relate to a diverse group of cross-functional stakeholders

  • Good planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
