You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

How you will contribute

You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

Propósito del cargo:

Responsable de tramitar los pagos oportunos relacionados a las Pólizas de Seguro (HCM, Vehículo, Vida y Asistencia Funeraria), asegurando depuración de la data y continuidad en la prestación de los servicios, bajo las condiciones acordadas por el negocio. Del mismo modo, responsable de administrar la Tienda Virtual (Venta de Caja y Tiendita Regular) y pagos de beneficios en tarjeta. Por último, responsable de apoyar y aportar valor en las iniciativas del Programa de Bienestar, enfocado en llevar a cabo actividades que propicien un buen clima organizacional y generen el compromiso de los trabajadores.

Conocimientos y habilidades:

  • Licenciado en Relaciones Industriales, administrador (con experiencia en el área) o carrera afín.

  • Conocimientos Técnicos: Administración de Pólizas de Seguros, administración de beneficios, manejo avanzado de Excel.

  • Conocimiento sólido de las habilidades en Windows Office

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en RRHH, especialmente en administración de Pólizas de Seguros, administración de beneficios, Relaciones Laborales, entre otros.

Principales funciones:

  • Ejecutar los procesos relacionados a la administración y seguimiento de las diversas pólizas de seguro: HCM, Vehículo, Vida, y Asistencia Funeraria, garantizando la prestación continua del servicio bajo las condiciones acordadas.

  • Mantener la data de HCM actualizada a nivel nacional, así como también de todos los procesos a cargo.

  • Establecer canales de comunicación directo con las personas designadas para administrar los beneficios legales y/o contractuales en las Plantas (Valencia y Barquisimeto), con la finalidad de unificar procesos y/o procedimientos de administración de los mismos

  • Atender y dar soluciones en forma presencial y telefónica a los clientes internos respecto a los requerimientos y/o necesidades referidas a los trámites de Guardería, Ticket Alimentación, Ticket Complemento, Humaticket, Mantenimiento Preventivo para la Fuerza de Ventas, HCM, entre otros.

  • Tramitar el pago correcto y oportuno de los beneficios sociales a los trabajadores a nivel nacional

  • Responsable de administrar la Tienda Virtual, cumpliendo con el cronograma establecido y atendiendo dudas de los colegas respecto al funcionamiento de la plataforma.

  • Apoyar en la ejecución de las actividades que forman parte del Programa de Bienestar, así como también proponer iniciativas que contribuyan a mantener un buen clima organizacional.
