You provide software and application knowledge to support implementation of the given solutions.

How you will contribute

You will ensure that delivered services are optimized to meet business demands and the service operations strategy, plan, measure, report and communicate service improvement initiatives, and serve as a consultant on issues and resolutions. You will also recommend actions that can be taken to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks. This role will require you to identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, establish and run vendor governance; collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments; work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components so they are aligned with security policy and governance; and ensure adherence to development and configuration standards and processes.

What you need to know about this position :

This role is the Solution Delivery Expert STP in the Delivery team under Supplier Experience Tower. The individual in this role will be the process and system expert in this area and will be responsible for launching projects and understanding and clarifying requirements. The SDE will be responsible for having a globally streamlined Pay process in STP area and for ensuring all projects in their area are on track and delivering the benefits. The role will also own the understanding the overall picture and the returns are monitored closely post Go live. The person is also expected to have external sensing of the latest in the market and see how Mondelez would be able to be in line with the same.

  • Deep techno-functional experience in SAP- MM / FI+CO / Integrations & invoice automation tool – Readsoft, in particular

  • Knowledge of integrations with 3rd party applications

  • Ability to execute Mergers & Acquisitions & integrate systems with Mdlz landscape

  • Good knowledge of SCF processes & mapping of the process to Mdlz SAP environment.

  • Project Management in line with DevOps methodology

  • Business acumen & Stakeholder Management skills

  • Conceptual and analytical skills

  • Translation of business questions and requirements into technology-based solution

  • Managing and delivering STP Projects/initiatives using DevOps and leverage ADF.

  • Key techno functional participant in S/4 HANA Back to Health activities.

  • Lead M&A in Pay space and manage key deliverables & stakeholders

  • Manage requirements from various countries/regions which need to be understood from all different angles like legal/tax/compliance angles apart from the relevance of the same to see whether it is a legitimate one

  • Own the relationship with the external vendors for Pay, this also includes quality assurance with MDLZ & External partners throughout the year.

  • Monitor critical KPIs and do relevant course corrections.

  • Partners with Towers and business stakeholders to understands the business requirements for implementation of STP projects/enhancements and translate them into technical requirements and design the same independently.

  • This role has a close connect with MDS Ops organization. It is expected that there will be key stakeholder management within the MDS Ops Organization as a part of this role.

  • Will liaise closely with the GSO and will be involved early from the solutioning phase.

  • Coordinates and aligns the plan & deliverables with cross-functional dependencies with examples of master data (MDM), manufacturing, service operations etc.

  • Provide level 3 deep functional expertise in Pay process implementation and design at application level (Functional design template owner) within a sub-tower

  • Accountable for best practice deployment with Enterprise architects, ensuring that new solution is cost optimized and easy to maintain

  • Support non-discretionary projects leveraging an external partner strategy.

  • Provides project planning and inputs to estimates to develop, implement and roll out of pilot and commercialized

  • Leverage & develop a strong team within ADF to manage projects
