You will manage a team of material and supply planners in a category, enduring that mid- to long-term production/material plans are in place for your assigned plants/lines in line with approved business plans.

How you will contribute

You will:

  1. Lead Data Analytics for I2M including PMM, PAM and other tracking tools for managing project information which includes stage gate, project readiness and financials. Setting up the templates and information for ease of use with BD&C project owner inputs. Lead the optimization of project tracking tools to organize and facilitate a more automated and integrated set of systems to refine and improve data flow, data management and structured stage gate governance by the I2M Portfolio Manager Lead.

  2. Leads the information and data collection process for long term capacity planning (LTCP) program in BD&C. Enable the aggregation of the data, build and update the LTCP model/tool and optimize this tool for advancing the program outputs. Build this model for automation and conversion to digitalization SAAS supported tool.

  3. Provide updates to leadership, project sponsors and stakeholders as needed on key initiatives, including progress against deliverables, cost management inclusive of startups and trial costs, volumes and site/plant targets, etc. with next steps and needs from sponsors to alleviate hurdles.

  4. Drive development of project financial profile based on LTCP data and other data to ensure delivery against defined targets by driving the tracking and delivery of KPIs where applicable to communicate and demonstrate output of analysis. This includes hitting KPI metrics from I2M on ATO timings and OPE budget

What you will bring

Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial or logistics experience and strong business acumen ideally within an FMCG/CPG environment

Open to learn new ways of working and willing to be hands-on in using data and systems

Experience in driving supply review and participation in an IBP cycle

Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on the key priorities and improving the plan

Able to build effective teams

Knowledgeable about leading practice supply planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills
