You’ll help create a competitive advantage for Mondelēz International by building winning supplier partnerships and effectively managing all company resources. Working with the businesses, you and your team will drive sustainable top and bottom-line growth through supplier innovation, best-in-class margin and cash management, and highly efficient source-to-pay processes.

Job Scope

The Sourcing Specialist works for a manager in the global or regional Spend Area team to support the development and execution of strategic sourcing practices for a Spend Area. The key activities include interaction with cross functional stakeholders to research and manage spend and market analytics, preparing bid events and generating insights from bid events, preparing supplier negotiation materials, supporting project execution and supplier relationship management, and driving controls and compliance also responsible for contract creation and management. Sourcing Analyst may act as a point of interaction for special projects between the Global or Regional Spend Area teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead contract implementation and drive contract compliance as per globally agreed Procurement policies for selected global and multi-regional Spend Areas

  • Execute local or regional items and spot buys

  • Support global strategy development and planning

  • Support the cross-functional sourcing team in all stages for a set of key strategic sourcing projects

  • Involves the business for actions related to supplier base optimization, KPI implementation & follow up, etc

  • Productivity projects follow up and development

  • Regional Coverage Report consolidation

  • SAP contracts management and reports extraction

  • General analysis of purchasing, deliveries, pricing

  • Suppliers development and management

  • Support regional supplier relationship and risk management

Qualifications

Education

University Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain & Logistics. 3 years of experience in Procurement or any other Supply Chain related function.
