Together with F&M leaders you will support our business with excellent proactive data analysis to uncover trends that can drive long-term business results/strategy and continuously improve upon our data acuity.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Help drive and manage the Channel Development and Business Intelligence agenda for F&M.

  • Work in close partnership with the business leadership team to execute the F&M agenda and key data and insights.

  • Develop and maintain consistent reporting tools that will allow F&M members to more easily have access to key KPI’s for their business.

  • Coordinate and consolidate Monthly/Quarterly/Annual review KPI needs

  • Provide analytical insights to steer business performance, gaps, opps & risks (short & long term)

  • Act as a voice of Food and Mass as new tools/processes are developed to help guide to create best end results

  • Actively listen to feedback from various leaders within the organization to help identify potential areas of opportunity to simplify access to key information.

  • Assist in streamlining reporting to allow F&M members to more easily access key information to help identify opportunities and drive the business.

  • Liaise with F&M and COE to leverage broad shopping and consumer knowledge, best practices, and business performance reporting solutions.

  • Be proactive in identifying key areas of need for the F&M Channel and work to communicate and provide key resources needed to drive the business

More about this role

  • 4 year degree required

  • Possesses strong analytical skillset with experience and/or ability to learn quickly using data analysis to make recommendations to leaders

  • Quick learner and comfortability in grasping new concepts an approaches

  • A natural inclination and curiosity for solving complex problems while balancing art and science

  • Strong ability to partner and communicate with stakeholders at all levels in the organization

  • Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office/Nielsen/IRI/Market 6/Power BI

  • Proficient in MicroSoft Suites, advanced Excel knowledge

  • Category/Customer Experience

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $96,600-144,900; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
