Job Scope

Lead the Network Tower for MDLZ across the North America region:

  • Set strategy

  • Oversee planning and execution of network transformation

  • Oversee network operations by supplier and staff

  • Lead and develop staff

  • Financial Management

This job is accountable for ongoing and future network services to both regions.

Services include:

  • Wide Area Network

  • Local Area Network

  • Extended Services

Job Responsibilities

  1. Set the strategy for the network and telecommunications tower. Use the deep technical and market knowledge of regional and global staff, combine it with a thorough understanding of MDLZ business goals, and devise strategies how to provision the right network infrastructure services for the future.

  2. Direct programs to implement regional and global Network Infrastructure strategies.

  3. Direct financial planning and controls for Network on regional level and across all countries. Manage the complexity of regional service contracts, in-country billing and cross-charging. Continually review and challenge status quo and identify opportunities for productivity, get more and better service for less.

  4. Manage service delivery in the tower through external providers and internal staff. Establish and maintaining the processes to build, change and maintain the network services. From time to time challenge current ways of working with the business and identify opportunities for better collaboration structures and productivity.

  1. Identify suppliers, evaluate them, onboard new vendors, establish and run vendor governance for about 10 major vendors. Work closely with Procurement.

  2. Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; lead ethically and model compliant behavior; maintain an environment where employees can speak up without fear of retaliation; ensure employees in area of responsibility understand the compliance responsibilities of their jobs and actively participate in the compliance program

Qualifications

Qualifications

Functional /Technical Expertise

  • Management experience with staff and line responsibilities.

  • Proven experience of managing regional Network of Large MNC.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Service Delivery, Service Support and Service Excellence.

  • Minimum 10 year of experience in managing corporate network environment

  • Program/ Project Management Experience i.e. managing multiple projects for budgets, resources, schedules and quality
