As the driving force behind the Enterprise Agile & DevOps evolution across Mondelez, you'll lead the charge in planning, implementing, and ingraining these practices. Your mission is to align the Mondelez Digital Services teams with the Right Sized IT Delivery model, utilizing Agile@Scale methodologies to ensure the swift and high-quality delivery of business outcomes. Your experience will be a catalyst for change, as you advise, lead by example, and challenge the status quo to foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and innovation. Additionally, you will be responsible for the team driving training, managing tools, and orchestrating change management and communications to embed transformation and cultivate an engaging, people-centric culture.

Your Impactful Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding organizations through Lean/Agile transformation, emphasizing best practices in organizational design, customer focus, Lean Portfolio Management, Team and Technical Agility, and Leadership Agility.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leaders to define strategic roadmaps for transitioning to Lean/Agile & DevOps practices.

  • Champion of Change Agents: Mentor and collaborate with change agents within Mondelez, transforming them into true Lean/Agile champions, fostering sustainable Agile capabilities.

  • Continuous Improvement Advocate: Drive continuous improvement and a culture of high performance through strategic programs, effecting behavioral and process change across the organization.

  • End-to-End Optimization Architect: Enhance core structures, governance, and ways of working from an end-to-end perspective without disrupting ongoing delivery programs.

  • Visibility Driver: Drive visibility of delivery across squads, Tribes, and leadership, focusing on business value-oriented progress, major release status, and key changes against commitments.

  • Data-Driven Delivery Expert: Embed and drive data-driven delivery, including identifying key metrics to ensure informed decision-making.

  • Large-Scale Coordination Specialist: Improve coordination across Tribes for large-scale technology development through technical releases supporting Business Goals.

  • Lead Time Reduction Expert: Work with Portfolio Planning & Demand Managers and Tribe Agile Delivery Managers to identify bottlenecks and reduce lead time from Idea to launch.

  • Program Increment Planning Facilitator: Support Agile Delivery Managers and Agile coaches in implementing cross-tribe quarterly Program Increment planning events, defining enhancements for efficiency and increased delivery confidence.

  • Value Flow Optimizer: Optimize the flow of value through squads, defining and implementing data analytics (e.g., Cycle Time metrics) for quantification, assessment, and driving improvements to DevOps, release, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Agile Practices Leader: Coach Tribe leads on Agile delivery best practices, leading regular cross-Tribe retrospectives and continuous improvement activities to create high-performing Tribes focused on customer centricity and value.

  • Seasoned Professional: 4 year degree in related field, 10+ years of experience in large-scale technology delivery, adopting Agility and Agile transformation programs

  • Agile Mastery: Solid understanding and thought leadership in Lean Agile delivery practices, with awareness of major frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Kanban, SoS), leading collaborative Agile ways of working, and managing changing priorities effectively.

  • Scaled Leadership: Proven experience in leading and optimizing Agile delivery at scale across multiple teams, business units, and geographies.

  • Problem-Solving Prodigy: Ability to lead and take ownership of proactively solving technical delivery problems end-to-end, impacting multiple services or cross-business areas.

  • Transformation Maestro: Drive and manage long-term changes, adapting the Tribe(s) in line with business needs for frequent customer-centric, high-quality, and low-cost product delivery.

  • Coaching Excellence: Demonstrable ability to facilitate and coach multiple teams, empowering them to self-organize, challenge, and continuously improve while providing actionable insights.

  • Industry Qualifications: Possession of industry-standard qualifications in Agile Leadership (SAFe SPC, CSM, Lean Six-Sigma, etc.).

  • Delivery Dynamo: Strong technology delivery skillset with an understanding of building digital journeys across the full lifecycle.

  • Leadership Navigator: Leading a team of people from different locations or regions, with a deep understanding of the challenges an enterprise faces when moving to embed agility.

  • Collaboration Guru: Adept at collaborating with other Senior Leaders to drive Agile transformation, defining best practices in conjunction with the Lead Agile Coach and Delivery leadership.

  • Hands-On Expertise: Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile delivery frameworks, ways of working, methods, and tools, including Six Sigma and Lean thinking.

  • Full Lifecycle Experience: Experience in the delivery of multiple technologies across the full end-to-end lifecycle of technology delivery from ideation through to market launch.

  • Tool Proficiency: Experience in using Programme and Portfolio Management tools such as JIRA, Jira Align, and Confluence.

  • Stakeholder Engagement Pro: Strong stakeholder engagement and management, with effective communication at all levels of the organization.
