The Digital Experiences Sales Tower organization has responsibility for leading the technology roadmaps for Sales solutions. The Salesforce CoE leader will be responsible for establishing and leading the Salesforce Center of Practice for Mondelēz with significant focus on increasing the value and harmonized architecture brought forth with a Salesforce Platform. We will be looking to establish a group of highly skilled and trained leaders to drive architecture, solution design support and best practices as it relates to Dev/Ops and more. The capabilities and services supported by the Salesforce CoE include:

Salesforce platform subject matter expert enabling Mondelēz to leverage the technology capabilities to its fullest Brings design standards, Architecture adherence, & Security and Compliance Own the Salesforce strategic vision and roadmap for the evolution of Salesforce within Mondelēz requiring strong partnerships with the Product Owners. Ensures Global template is governed and any customization that will impede future release enhancements to be consumed is clear and signed off Support for license agreements including helping define and optimize license types to optimize cost to Mondelez Define the CI/CD framework needed to optimize and benefit from Agile Dev/Ops including

Establish strong and automated processes to ensure Continuous integration and Continuous delivery that can be leveraged by the various product teams buildings solutions on the Salesforce Platform.

Conduct Industry sensing to define the CI/CD Tech stack to automate processes, protect code through the environment lifecycle, and support quality checks through the code deployments.

Builds and shares CoE Salesforce technical accelerators Help the product owners understand the overall solution design and Salesforce components needed to deliver products successfully.

  • Provides Salesforce subject matter expertise and accountability for maximizing investment

  • Review design strategies for various Salesforce products to confirm configuration and customization approaches to minimize complexity

  • Create a well-defined engagement model with business values to deliver value through technology

  • Govern executable architecture and dev standards for the platform

  • Leverage common tools, products, and processes including DevOps to deliver a strong platform ecosystem

  • Leverage elements from a COE Capability Framework to build a vertically integrated model

  • Work across IT Product & Value Teams to collaboratively define customer experience and manage value-based roadmaps.

  • Collaborate with Cross Platform Architect(s) to drive consistency across the platform to drive common services (Architecture, Security, CI/CD, Automation)

  • Lead standardization and reuse of core capabilities across all products to ensure harmonization and true reusability

  • Continuously evolving the Platform with innovation and capabilities with Salesforce offerings and connect different technologies and innovate new solutions for Mondelez competitive advantage.

  • Guide product teams to deliver products and capabilities to focus on creating business value including accelerating business growth and improving process efficiency.

  • Ensure solutions are compliance with global Enterprise Architecture, security, and data privacy compliance design and global Risk management process and are fully compliance with Mondelez global government info security requirements.

  • Develop digital Sales experience capabilities within in technical application architecture and strategies focused on driving best in class ROI of the Salesforce Solution investment.

  • Providing technical leadership to technology specialists and application owners

  • Participates in Partner RFP’s and Salesforce agreement renewals

  • Participates in architectural decisions and provides input to Enterprise Architecture team

  • Preferred - Understanding of FMCG industry or related similar industries in the consumer goods space.

What you need to know about this position:

In this position you will:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Sr Director of Global Sales Solutions and Chief Digital Experience Officer

  • Rapidly build understanding and expertise in Mondelez Digital Experience approaches and technologies, and Corporate policies and standards including the growing Consumer Privacy expectations.

  • Actively engage partners and technical leaders to confirm technical decisions and directions align to Mondelēz Architecture strategy and Security expectations.

  • Lead the agenda leveraging technology to drive disruptive commerce/business model innovation focused on new channel (Occasions) where a digital layer may be required.

  • Stay in touch with external changes in salesforce technology evolution. Bring back relevant learnings and apply them in your work.

  • Establish networks (internal and external) where your knowledge and experience can be shared across the organization. Coach and train resources to build organization capability.

  • Leverage the partner network to deliver salesforce technology capabilities that can scale and operated efficiently and effectively.

  • The ability to communicate and collaborate with global team to drive global alignment, support, and reapplications

  • Strong Salesforce Solution design and best practices experience

  • Proven ability and experience to manage IT Vendors on Digital delivery

  • Experience using Agile delivery methods and advanced in program/project management and have large & complex project management experience

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience with full cycle Salesforce implementations and an extensive understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • 6-8+ years direct management/supervisory experience required, preferably in a CoP/ CoE model

  • Advanced Salesforce certifications actively maintained (Admin & App Builder and Advanced Admin expected).

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, and/or Business Administration

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, and/or Business Administration preferred
