Purpose of Role:
As a Senior Manager in the Global Sustainable Impact team this role will support the advancement of MDLZ's ESG Reporting and disclosure capabilities. The role will report into the VP Global Sustainable Packaging, ESG Reporting and Engagement. This role will lead the voluntary disclosure strategy and programs working with the ESG Team and across functions to evaluate, analyze and advance both our internal and external ESG reporting.

Main Responsibilities:
Voluntary Disclosure and reporting strategy development and management:
Annual refresh and execution of the holistic ESG Reporting Strategy
Coordination of information required for voluntary disclosure purposes
Finalize and activate new data and assurance strategy, and manage cadence
Assessment of new reporting frameworks and standards e.g., ISSB, GRI, and development of MDLZ disclosure strategy and roadmap
Management of MDLZ ESG Reporting Standards and policies and compliance across the enterprise
Understanding and reviewing the external reporting landscape, changes to regulatory requirements at a global and local level and implications/opportunities for MDLZ
Support ESG Materiality Assessment and integration into ERM Program
Identify reporting opportunities (raters and rankers), prioritize with cross functional team and coordinate actions to enhance
Advancement of internal ESG reporting including:
Overseeing the implementation and advancement of ESG reporting dashboards including coordination of inputs, design and final deliverables ensuring continual engagement of key stakeholders and usage
Working with External Coms, Corporate Governance, Internal Audit & Controls, Tech, and Investor Relations to ensure proactive management of ESG reporting requirements and ongoing stakeholder engagement
Identifying and coordinating the reporting requirements/inputs from internal workstream leads and ensure timely population of key reports and disclosures
Qualifications:
BA/BS required
5+ years experience in a similar role and detailed, working knowledge of ESG Voluntary Reporting such as CDP, DJSI, MSCI, ISS, Sustainalytics, WBA, etc. either in comparable company or relevant consulting firm
Experience in sustainability standards and frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, ISSB
Demonstrated sound, well-structured and excellent analytical capabilities
Clear and concise communicator both written and in presentation form
Knowledge of the globally as well as evolving ESG regulatory reporting landscape and implications for public companies
Ability to combine strategic vision and thinking with everyday tactical detail with a strong orientation to action
Effective inter-personal skills, relationship-builder who is collaborations-oriented and can effectively link the interests of multiple stakeholders
Strong Project management skills
Proven ability to adjust and work across-cultures
Strong driver of change and demonstrated learning agility
