Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you’ll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working “from shelf to field,” you’ll connect plants with consumers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.
This Senior Manager, Customer supply chain position will direct all aspects of Customer service & logistics strategy for key digital commerce. He/she is responsible to engage with Amazon, Walmart.com and top omni channel customer sales leadership teams to ensure sales goals are met and execution processes are in place to provide consistent, reliable, and cost-effective service throughout the supply chain. He/she is also responsible executing the JBP (collaborative 3-year strategy) for these customers to deliver joint value creation across the value chain. The position is based in the US and will manage a team of customer supply chain leads virtual, along with dotted line reporting relationships to customer service representatives and other functional support staff in an off-site shared services office. This position will also have dotted line reporting into the digital commerce commercial leadership team.
Leads and directs all aspects of Customer Service Operations & Customer Logistic
Development Activities for the assigned customers. This includes creating a strategy aligned with the strategic direction set by the Sales and CS&L leadership and ensuring execution processes are in place to provide consistent, reliable service throughout the supply chain.
Responsible for $1B+ in sales revenue ambition across both biscuit & confections businesses with warehouse and DSD route to market.
Responsible for developing and executing eCommerce multi-year supply chain plans including developing capabilities head of the need and exploring test and learn spaces to continue to be industry leading. Insuring funding is build into future year supply chain investments and delivering in year execution on budget.
Responsible for key strategic initiatives including, but not limited to; Drop Ship, ePacks, Vendor Flex, Cost to Serve, On Shelf Availability, Pricing & Compliance
Daily interaction with Sales Executives, Customer Executives, Supply Chain leadership and any functions that impact our service and relationship with our Customer
Ensures implementation of the operational component of our customer strategies through communication and collaboration with Customer Services and Sales
Manages activities of direct reports and is responsible for executing talent and performance management.
Influences overall Customer program or project success, finances, and/or the ability to meet objectives
Utilize advanced data tools to improve key metrics including in stock, vehicle fill rate, operation cost reductions and on time delivery.
Utilizes advanced skills to communicate matters of significant importance to the business, representing the organization to multiple internal and external constituents, negotiating issues with significant impact on the achievement of strategic objectives

BS/BA in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field; MA/MS in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or MBA preferred
Successful candidate will have a minimum of 7- years of business experience in Supply Chain Logistics including, but not limited to, production and fulfillment planning, distribution operations and/or Sales/Retail demand planning. Experience in eCommerce fulfilment preferred
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills; lean six sigma preferred (min 7 years)
Direct customer supply chain leadership experience interfacing with Sales/Retail (min 5 years)
Proven project leadership experience (min 3 years)
Superior written communication and presentation skills (min 7 years)
Highly proficient in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint and usage of customer portals/tools (min 7 years)
DSD and Warehouse field and HQ Roles (3 years in each RTM)
20-25% travel required
