Du hilfst bei der Planung, Entwicklung und Ausführung von Investitionsprojekten, der technischen Entwicklung und den Machbarkeitsperspektiven von Aktivitäten mit Technikbezug in der Lieferkette und bei der Ausführung von Investitionsprojekten, um Wachstum sowie erstklassige Fertigung und Produktivität bei höchsten Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltanforderungen zu unterstützen. Du trägst dazu bei, dass die Geschäfts- und Innovationsprozesse von Mondelēz im Projektmanagement und die Ausführungsstandards von Mondelēz eingehalten werden.

Dein Beitrag dazu?

• Verantwortlich für die Erarbeitung und Durchführung von Productivity- und CI-Projekten in der Section.

• Unterstützung des Section Managers bei der Umsetzung der Werksziele in der Section.

• Gezielte 12 Schritte Analyse und Qualitätsmanagement

• Führung eines Standardarbeitsablaufs unter Verwendung des PDCA Zyklus (Plan Do Check Adjust)

• Verantwortlich für CI- Projekte in der Section

• Abweichungen und Schwachstellen aufzeigen, analysieren und Korrekturmaßnahmen einleiten sowie die Ergebnisse verfolgen

• Entwicklung und Training der Produktionsteams hinsichtlich Arbeitsmethoden in den Systemen

• Sicherstellung der Schnittstelle zum Section Controlling

• Effektive Zusammenarbeit mit Business Development für neue Produkte, neue Prozesse, Promotions und „Reformulation“ – Projekte

• Förderung der CI-QuaIifikation aller Mitarbeiter durch Aus- und Fortbildung und Coaching

• Verantwortlich für Entwicklung und Förderung der IL6´S - Kultur (Fokus auf „0” Verluste)

• Rechtzeitige und umfassende Information und Kommunikation an/ mit Vorgesetzte(n) und Kollegen

Was musst du mitbringen?

den Wunsch, etwas für deine Zukunft zu tun und deine Karriere zu beschleunigen. An Erfahrung und Wissen bringst du mit:

• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Fachgebiet Industrial- Engineering Molkerei /Lebensmitteltechnologie, Maschinenbau, E-Technik, V-Technik, Betriebswirtschaft, oder Meister / Techniker-Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Industrie

• Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS-Office, SAP, etc.

• Gute Englischkenntnisse ( Fortgeschrittenen-Level)

• Fachspezifische Berufserfahrung > 3 Jahre

• Systeme zur autonomen Instandhaltung

• AM Schritt 4 Arbeitsprinzip

• Kundenorientiertes Handeln (interne und externe Kundenzufriedenheit)

• Kostenbewußtes Handeln, Kreativität und Innovation. Streben nach ständiger Verbesserung

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Konfliktlösekompetenz, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit.
