Mondelez International Category Brand Manager in Istanbul, Turkey

Description

  • Drives the execution and performance of annual Gum&Candy brand marketing plans in Turkey aligned with the category strategy for P&L delivery with a monthly / quarterly and annual horizon,

  • Implements superior consumer and customer activation of brand equity , renovation and innovation 4-2-1 ‘s,

  • Implements the IMC programs, working with BU category activation , agencies, and drive local adaptation of brand communication,

  • Manages connection & media planning and buying locally for the brand,

  • Ensure effective working relationships and cross functional alignment of the category marketing plans with RCT, Sales (Category Planning & KAM) CI, CS&L and Finance and agency leadership to ensure effective in market brand activation in accordance with brand plans, activation strategy, schedule and calendar,

  • Ensure brand marketing spend budgets are within plan and contribute to profitability improvement,

  • Collaborates with the Equity & Innovation teams to develop insight led and strategically relevant communication that drive brand health and category growth within Turkey,

  • Manages and influence external agencies to deliver against brand target

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or marketing related fields,

  • Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken,

  • Excellent skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Strong communication andorganization skills,

  • Minimum 4 years of relevantexperience in blue chip multinational FMCGs in marketing or related functionswith involvement in broad commercial issues,

  • Demonstrable experiencein the development and introduction of new products and marketing opportunitiesand brand repositioning,

  • In-depth understanding ofconsumer needs,

  • Experience working with and successfullymanaging 3rd party agencies and strategic partners,

  • Budget & costcontrol management
