You help execute the revenue management workstream to help us optimize the return on investment on our trade spend activities.

How you will contribute

  • Develop the annual and long-term RGM commercial roadmap, identifying specific market initiatives and setting targets across the Pricing & Price Pack Architecture, Trade Terms, Promotions and Active Mix Management pillars in collaboration with Country Sales and key cross-functional partners

  • Lead RGM governance to drive achievement of key RGM KPIs: develop and implement a governance structure with standardized ways of working across key stakeholders, and provide periodic progress updates to Country Leadership Team

  • Guide execution and drive initiative implementation by aligning & coordinating actions across Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Finance and other relevant functions

  • Leverage on external & internal benchmarking and competitive intelligence to identify key RGM trends and areas for improvement

  • Become the expert on Mondelēz RGM systems, tools & playbooks and lead cross-functional RGM capability building agenda

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • 10+ years of total experience, with prior experience on Revenue Growth Management, preferably within the FMCG space

  • Strong understanding of sales planning & execution and key financial metrics

  • Structured thought process with strong analytical capability and the ability to translate insights into action

  • Future-focused mindset with intellectual curiosity on key industry trends and emerging digital solutions

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key senior stakeholders

  • Collaborative approach in interacting with diverse, cross-functional teams
