You will work under the guidance of the Commercial and Category Finance Managers to maintain finance transactions, data, systems and reporting. You will also collect data and perform detailed checks/controls.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and prepare data integrity checks

  • Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies

  • Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Commercial and Category Finance Managers

  • Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement

  • Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers

More about this role

What you need to know about this position:

  • Deliver KSA Financial commitment.

  • Experienced in using and extracting reports from SAP

  • Support and mentor Back Office team to have effective controls related to customer deductions, claims, and budget tracking

  • Work with Sales and Back Office team in closing all aged customer claims and deductions, accruals actualizations, customer trade spend analysis, and drive re-investment saving

  • Partner with Sales, CP&A (Capability Planning & Activation) Team, and Back Office team in sellout adherence review and validation of sellout claims.

  • Maintain daily tracker of all accruals and settlements

  • Drive operational excellence in matters related to performing end to end of all month end closing tasks, balance sheet reconciliation and review, and perform an accurate spend actualizations for all channels, customers, and categories

  • Support financial planning, performance management and related financial decisions including but not limited to category planning, month end closing accounting activities and pricing related activities

  • Be involved in monitoring brand/category wise financial performance and reporting/analysis

  • Help in preparing deck, financial modeling, project management and support business in decision making process

  • Support a strong internal controls and compliance environment in the organization

  • Drive for harmonization, efficiencies, and improvements to ways of working.

  • Support Finance team with ad-hoc reports

Education / Certifications:

Accounting/ Finance

Any Accounting / Finance certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA are recommended

Job specific requirements:

3-5 years’ experience in a similar field
