The scope of the role:

Communication with an external accredited laboratory and suppliers: ordering analyses, consumables, chemicals, device servicing. Understand performing laboratory analyses of raw and packaging materials, semi-finished and finished products joined with testing plan preparation. Agenda is connected with complaints of raw & packaging materials to suppliers.Responsibility of controlled document agenda related to quality system and agenda related to material put on hold (“blockages”) from quality perspective. Development and revision of work procedures for analytical equipment used in lab and production.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Communication with logistics department in terms of complaints.

  2. Communication with an external accredited laboratory. Communication with suppliers: ordering consumables, chemicals, device servicing.

  3. Manage perform of laboratory analyses – samples of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products; keep documentation and communication of results; maintain order in analytical laboratory and laboratory equipment and device in appropriate condition.

  4. manage inspection of raw and packaging materials – inspection of sample and material documentation with requirements (specification, legal etc.), recording results of inspection in system (SAP, Excel files etc.) releasing for usage in production, prepare testing plan.

  5. Administer agenda regarding raw and packaging material complaints – communicate with other departments of the plant (section, logistics), create Quality Notifications, non-conformity reports and record in internal database, communicate with suppliers.

  6. Responsible to manage perform of PEM, NON-PEM, water testing – take swabs for PEM, non-PEM and water samples according to the approved plan, send samples to approved laboratory, take appropriate next steps according to the result of analysis, documentation.

  7. Issuing of new revision of controlled documents in system defined, communicate changes into plant.

  8. Inspect storage of put on hold material (“blockages”) – inspection of put on hold material on regular basis, verify documents, report non-conformities.

  9. Control corrective actions taken in connection with raw materials, packaging materials and verify effectiveness of these actions.

  10. Training and supporting new team members. Representation of laboratory during absence of Laboratory responsible.

  11. All other duties regarding quality assurance.
