Mondelēz Consumer Solutions Global MDS ( IT) Team is looking for an energetic and experienced candidates with strong technology & marketing skills to play important roles as part of technology and business transformations to join our team. In this role, you will lead our web technology stack, utilizing React for front-end development and Contentful CMS on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to deliver cutting-edge web solutions to build strong consumer engagements. Person in this role will partner with Global Marketing business partners, agencies and also with the rest of Global & Regional IT (MDS) team to ensure Marketing Consumer engagement strategy is brought to life via consumer facing channels (Web, app) and integrated in a quality way with the rest of the consumer experience ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Web Product from a strategy and product roadmap standpoint, combining needs of respective regional teams (Marketing & IT), global needs (Marketing and IT), as well as ensuring right IT standards/requirements are covered.

  • Manage the team of few Junior Product managers, provide coaching and growth opportunities for them, plan and oversee the work within the team across Web capabilities, consumer engagement features/plug-ins (e.g. surveys, ratings & reviews etc), Web Tagging. Manage effectively capacity in the team taking into account regular demand as well as upcoming mergers, acquisition, divestitures.

  • Partners with Web Tech Lead and Engineering Teams within the organization. Understand the technology stack, dependencies between core components/features, how the core integrations works (with internal or external systems) and how the data flows. Jointly with Web Tech Lead, have a technical roadmap to keep Web ecosystems (core platform, SaaS components, core integrations) top quality and relevant.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals to increase engagement with consumers. Think ahead and anticipate what are the future business relevant capabilities and plan the work in the way to enable those capabilities at the right time. Ensure that the website integrates seamlessly with other digital marketing channels/systems

  • Manage the allocation of resources and budget to maximize the efficiency and productivity of web development projects

  • Ensure that all web applications deliver an exceptional user experience, working closely with design teams.

  • Accountable for Product quality (defines Product goals and KPIs, ongoing support) and ensures work implemented with quality, meeting performance, security & privacy needs.

  • Analyze website data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes

  • Leverages workshops, design thinking approach to educate, onboard, brainstorm with global and regional teams

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, driving improvements in web development processes and practices.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in global website management or a related field in digital marketing

  • Experience in establishing and operating IT Products, establishing/managing Product roadmaps, defining needs/jobs to be done for core users/clients

  • Strong understanding of website design, development, and maintenance

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).

  • Martech experience

  • Experience in managing technical teams (internal or external) to achieve Win-Win partnerships

  • People management experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.

  • Strong collaboration skills, proactively sharing observations & improvements areas, problem solving skills, attention to details, can-do attitude

  • Curiosity and energy to continually learn new marketing technologies and stay apprised of security and regulatory changes.

  • Familiar with basics of GCP cloud environment
