How you will contribute

You will:

  • Work in close partnership with the business leadership team to execute the analytics agenda

  • Identify and incubate best-in-class external partners to drive delivery on strategic projects

  • Develop custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance

  • Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

What you need to know about this position:

  • Partner with MDS in providing accessibility, retrievability, securityand protection of data in an ethical manner.​​​

  • Lead business requirement/ /continuous improvement sessions tosupport the business to understand requirements for analyticalprojects and develop necessary requirement documents to supporttheir development.​​

  • Develop UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and SIT (SystemIntegration Testing) test cases for based off data productrequirements​.​

  • Support for building, testing, and maintaining of transports/datapipelines and retrieving applicable data sets for specific use cases.​​​

  • Support building, testing, and maintaining of data models with theflexibility to change when business requirements change, while alsoreconciling multiple logical source models into a single, logicallyconsistent model.​​

  • Analyze the structure, format, and reliability of new and existingdata sources, considering factors such as data integrity,completeness, accuracy, and drive continuous improvement.​​

  • Participate in data governance processes to ensure data isproperly maintained and document for reusability by the business​​.

This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the United States

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $103,200.00 to $154,800. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law

Within Country Relocation support available and for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
