Do naší největší sušenkové továrny v Evropě hledáme kolegu / kolegyni na pozici Vedoucí linky . Hlavní náplní práce na této pozici je vedení týmu tak, aby byly splněny cíle a úkoly linky nebo skupiny linek.

• Vedení výrobního týmu, vyrábějícího na moderních linkách budoucnosti, vyrábějící lokální i globální značky

• Vedení a motivování sebe a svého týmu k dosažení stanovených cílů v oblasti bezpečnosti, kvality, dodávek a nákladů

• Budování a rozvíjení svého týmu v rámci celého závodu

• Zodpovědnost za svůj tým i zařízení

• Řešení problémů na lince a snižování ztrát využitím nástrojů programu Lean a 6 sigma

• Zajištění a podpora rozvojových plánů zaměstnanců v týmu, tak aby byly individuální, specifické a měřitelné cíle spojené s cíli linky

• Reprezentování společnosti dle firemních hodnot a principů jak uvnitř společnosti tak vně

• Středoškolské vzdělání

• Zkušenosti z oblasti výroby alespoň 3 roky

• Schopnost řízení a organizace lidí

• Strategické myšlení a schopnost systematického řešení problémů

• Anglický jazyk na komunikativní úrovni
