Order Customer Collaboration Specialist – Fixed term contract of 1 year

Our Order Customer Collaboration Specialist is going on Maternity leave and we are looking for her replacement.

You will:

• Serve as a dedicated contact for our customers.

• Process orders and ensure delivery ina timely and accurate mannerand create billing information.

• Have regular direct contact with customers.

• Optimize order drop sizes and frequency in alignment with the customer to reduce outbound transportation costs.

• Organize transport via third-party logistic operators and ensure on-time delivery.

What you will bring

• Good numerical, analytical and logical reasoning skills

• Speak a minimum of one Scandinavian Language

• Microsoft Office applications

• SAP competence, preferably from an FMCG/CPG company

• A customer-facing role in customer service, logistics or sales

• An order-to-cash environment

• Good knowledge of the total supply chain/order-to-cash process

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Time Type: Full time

Scheduled working hours: 37,5 hrs per week

Working place: Oslo

Start date: 01. September 2024

End date: Est. 31.08.2025
