Production Planner

You will be working in our biscuits factory in Płońsk, where you would be responsible for short term planning of production. You will be cooperating with supply planning hub as well as all relevant departments in the plant, and with suppliers with regard to packaging.

Your responsibilities:

  • Preparation of weekly production for Płońsk factory

  • Weekly confirmation of production plan with logistic, maintenance, new product implementation and planning teams, as well as production department

  • Provide production plan to all functions in the factory

  • Managing production plan adjustments driven by daily issues (technical problem, lack of materials , risk of out of stock, etc.)

  • Daily communication with production department and supply planning teams

  • Analyze compliance to schedule and provide reason codes

  • Confirmation of new SKU in planning system system

  • Coordinate all activities in customs service system (PEUSC)


To be successful we need you to have:

  • Experience in logistics (at least 1 year)

  • Production background

  • Good analytical skills combined with good knowledge of Excel

  • Very good communication skills, ability to solve problems, manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

  • English spoken and written (B2)

  • SAP/APO knowledge would be an advantage
