You will be a part of the project team as a Project Engineer who will co-create the growth and productivity investment agenda in Mondelez Biscuits factory in Plonsk. You will have the opportunity to develop and execute the technical solution (end to end, from planning through installation and. We’re looking for a Project Engineer who will be focused in packaging machinery (flowwrappers, casepackers, palletisers etc.)).

How you will contribute/ your responsibilities will include:

  • You will be part of the Engineering team, understood as a Stream Leader of particular projects, responsible from end-to-end for capital investment initiatives related with packaging equipment like: flowwrappers, casepackers, palletising robots etc.

  • You will manage project meetings with internal and external project team members and stakeholders to inform them about the project statuses and report to the Plant Governance steering committee

  • You will supervise and control internal and external resources necessary to successful implementation of the investment projects during all of the project phases like: preparation, manufacturing, installation and commissioning.

  • Performing the overall control of the work (budget control, time schedule control, resources control, commissioning and verification control)

  • You will initiate, manage, execute and conduct other projects as a leader or member of a project team

The experience you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering / automation engineering / food industry and/or project management is preferred

  • 2-3 year of work experience in project management is required

  • Project Management experience (in large scale projects) is preferred

  • Fluency in English & Polish language

  • Fluency with computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, project management software and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)

  • Proven Project Management skills will be an additional value
