Job Description

You will take care of the administration and data reporting connected to all training program or activities carried out by the functional Capability team and for administering the learning and development portal content.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Coordinate all invitations, materials, room bookings, catering and equipment connected to the efficient running of training program or activities developed and run by the Capability team

  • Manage the day-to-day budget and invoicing on behalf of the Capability team

  • Manage external relationships with suppliers (booking programs and invoicing in line with global and local processes)

  • Manage and update database content and lead internal communications implementation

  • Create and maintain booklets and tools required to support Capability offerings

  • Track data and report in line with Capability KPI’s (weekly and monthly reporting)

  • Create an annual training course schedule

  • Manage the course evaluation process including investigations into non-attendance

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

  • Experience in organization or delivery of training or development interventions preferred

  • Administration experience essential

Education :

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Admin with experience as Labor Relations. (Required)

Experience

  • 2 years of Labor Relations Experience in plant or in a manufacturing environment (required)

  • Human Resources Experience (Preferred)

Schedule:

  • Mon- Fri (9:00am- 5:00pm) Schedule flexibility)

Salary:

  • $75.000 yearly

No Relocation support available, however for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
