Job Description
In the role of Manager Finance Manufacturing, Mondelez Supply Chain, you will:
Perfom On-site Business Partnering, accountable to manage and control manufacturing conversion costs in Poznań Plant
Provide the financial leadership for the Manufacturing site with the complete costs overview, including full oversight of budgeting and monthly reporting, define and drive net productivity and transformation agenda for the site and capital management, KPI's tracking and monitoring, in order to support Plant management and Integrated Supply Chain management in their decision making process
Ensure adherence to all applicable policies, procedures and standards
Provide support to the PL cluster activities: consolidation, reporting and benchmarking.
Operate in a complex matrix environment and needs to be able to connect the dots/input and provide meaningful analysis as an output.
What you need to be successful:
Solid finance supply chain experience, preferably with previous interactions with HQ
University degree (major in Finance/ Economics); min 5 years experience in controlling
Strong ability to interact with senior management and provide strategic perspective
Well organized with excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills
Ability to operate in complex matrix environment across various team in different locations
International experience a benefit
Fluency in English and Polish
