About the Junior Management Program:

Junior Management Program (JUMP) is our unique graduate scheme, that aims to develop you into one of our leaders of tomorrow.

Over 3-years (permanent contract also beyond the program) your learning path will be sculptured by on-the-job industry experience with guidance from senior managers and mentors.

You’ll get to work across our commercial functions in a series of 2-3 placements and gain depth and breadth of knowledge and skills, exposure to industry experts as well as a holistic understanding of our business – an amazing chance to grow every day.

Your first placement will be Demand Planner & Fulfillment Analyst, JUMP

The Role

You will be working as Demand Planner & Fulfillment Analyst, with dedicated bakery portfolio. You will dive into Supply Chain world, where you will be working closely with production plants, supply planning hubs, commercial teams and other involved departments. You will predict the future demand based on the inputs from different departments, using statistic modelling and you will create the story behind the numbers.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support within Market Demand Planning Team in delivering the targeted Service Levels through Root Cause Analysis and coordinating service issues resolution, providing the linkage to Supply Planning

  • In the categories deliver a high customer service level by ensuring timely availability of products at lowest possible costs (shared with Logistics Operation) and at defined quality in corporation with the supply hubs

  • Manage interface to supply planning hubs and local business functions (PCM, Demand Planning, OTC, Log Opps) and Load Control Center (LCC)

  • Focus on country actions to mitigate customer service risks

  • Support implementation of system changes (e.g. SAP) or new system launches.

Your next placements will depend on your personal preferences and the current business need. The concrete position will be aligned closer to your rotation date but it will most likely be in Customer Service & Logistic, in another Supply Chain role or in E2E team where you will get the chance to broaden and enhance your skills-set and gain a holistic approach.

Education:

  • Graduate status (up to max. 1 year after graduation) & Students of last year (BA & MA)

  • University courses preferred: Logistics, Economics, etc.

Job specific requirements:

  • First working experience in Supply Chain/Logistics (FMCG industry preferred)

  • Fluent English and Czech

  • Mobility + high level of flexibility

  • Profound analytical and prioritizatization skills,

  • Pro-activity and passion

  • Good business understanding
