Mondelez International Execution Manager PR in San Juan, Puerto Rico

Job Description

Responsabilidades:

  • Encargado de la planeación del plan de ejecución de las categorías.

  • Manejo y control del presupuesto asignado.

  • Elaboración de planes de visibilidad en puntos de venta.

  • Desarrollo de planes de exhibición POP.

  • Implementación de incentivos para el desarrollo de marcas.

  • Creación de estrategias específicas para cada canal y entorno minorista (supermercados, grandes cadenas, clubes del canal tradicional).

  • Desarrollo de competencias comerciales.

  • Entrenamiento del equipo comercial de Puerto Rico.

  • Contacto principal con el equipo de Shopper Marketing Regional.

  • Proveer input y ser el punto focal para el desarrollo de campañas.

  • Colaborar en el desarrollo de nuevos productos.

  • Proveer información relevante sobre categorías.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Comunicación, o campos relacionados.

  • Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en marketing, preferiblemente en un entorno de ventas al por menor.

  • Experiencia en la elaboración y ejecución de planes de marketing y estrategias comerciales.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.

  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno colaborativo y multidisciplinario.

  • Habilidad para liderar equipos y proyectos.

  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
