Job Description
Responsabilidades:
Encargado de la planeación del plan de ejecución de las categorías.
Manejo y control del presupuesto asignado.
Elaboración de planes de visibilidad en puntos de venta.
Desarrollo de planes de exhibición POP.
Implementación de incentivos para el desarrollo de marcas.
Creación de estrategias específicas para cada canal y entorno minorista (supermercados, grandes cadenas, clubes del canal tradicional).
Desarrollo de competencias comerciales.
Entrenamiento del equipo comercial de Puerto Rico.
Contacto principal con el equipo de Shopper Marketing Regional.
Proveer input y ser el punto focal para el desarrollo de campañas.
Colaborar en el desarrollo de nuevos productos.
Proveer información relevante sobre categorías.
Requisitos:
Título universitario en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Comunicación, o campos relacionados.
Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en marketing, preferiblemente en un entorno de ventas al por menor.
Experiencia en la elaboración y ejecución de planes de marketing y estrategias comerciales.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno colaborativo y multidisciplinario.
Habilidad para liderar equipos y proyectos.
Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
