As our Digital Media Analytics Manager, you will act as a change agent, build our digital media analytics toolkit, and supporting our CX team in shaping the future of digital media development, targeting, and measurement leveraging 0/1PD, Gen AI, and precision marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Digital Media Analytics Manager at Mondelez, you will be analyzing data while shaping the future of digital media strategy. In this pivotal role, you’ll work with cross-functional partners to craft the digital media measurement toolkit and insights, to accelerate effectiveness and ROI.

The role also requires someone skilled in bringing together and align cross-functional partners at global and BU levels.

What you’ll do:

Drive Analytical Excellence :

  • Responsible for building, piloting, and scaling a global best-in-class toolkit for near-time digital media measurement and optimization . Your work will illuminate the path to data-driven decision-making, enabling agile adjustments and maximizing ROI.

  • Support CX & MDS in building advanced new digital media analytics capabilities to support precision marketing and our 0/1PD use cases .

  • Support CX and our agency partners in developing the digital media testing, measurement & analytics capabilities associated with GenAI content development .

Forge powerful relationships and shape global measurement priorities : Collaborate closely with global and BU-level partners, key publishers such as Google, Meta, and top-tier media, analytics, creative, and production agencies to implement cutting-edge digital media measurement plans aligned with our ambitious goals. i.e. Implement against Global Learning Agenda. You will be at the forefront of defining measurement standards and solutions to support our Consumer data strategy and Gen AI priorities.

Lead with Insight : Utilize your expertise to guide and operationalize media measurement strategies, influencing optimal execution of media strategy. You’ll support our efforts in laying the foundation for insightful analytics that propel our regional efforts in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and closed-loop studies forward.

Optimize for Impact : Leverage advanced analytics to perform meta-analyses on digital media performance, partnering with agencies to refine and enhance media effectiveness and ROI.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree Preferred

  • 7+ years of experience within analytics

  • Business travel as needed

  • Foundational Excellence: A strong academic foundation in marketing, analytics, economics, or business management.

  • Analytical Prowess: Hands-on experience with cutting-edge audience analytics, Marketing Mix Modeling, and real-time media measurement tools, alongside deep understanding of consumer data and optimization techniques.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in data visualization tools and mar-tech solutions, coupled with the ability to handle complex, high-volume data from diverse sources.
