You provide software and application knowledge to support implementation of the given solutions.

How you will contribute

Managing Business most important sales tools and system for operational needs in Traditional Trade channel. Main task is to operate entire business Distributions Management System and provide L1 system support to customers and business partnership management. On top of that with major and minor system master data maintenance such as Pricing, SKU update, Retailer update, Outlet update, Bulletin, Promotion and troubleshooting system issue from internal and external stakeholders. Managing and prioritizing all above task with others cross functional team for both internal and external stakeholders’ requirements.

What you will bring

  • Responsible encoding monthly Trade deal bulletin and accuracy in Distributor Management System (DMS) and disputes management within the agreed timeline. Maintaining any new Product code and new Pricing master data.

  • Conduct training on DMS/ SFA to Distributor’s admin/ Sales force team for any new system enhancement or new feature of deployment. And work closely with system technical team (L2) to remove any system barriers in a way to ensure user able to transact in the system smoothly.

  • Responsible for all system related tagging at retailer level accurately, that enabling the other function to perform relevant data analysis through the BI system.

  • L1 of system support for all key distributors and internal stakeholders (Nationwide). And conduct any troubleshooting for any system bug fix.

  • SupportSFE Manager in consolidating data from DMS and to perform thorough analysis of sales figures to identify any possibility of error or disputes that has brought forth concerns for operation efficiencies.

  • Support sales team by generating reports on daily sales, sales fundamentals, execution, Inventory, etc. on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

  • Maintain and create system manual or standard operating procedures for the use of refresher training with external stakeholders or induction within internal stakeholders.

  • Recommend and discussed with system vendor for any needs of system enhancement that could bring improvement into daily operations.Therefore involved raising request , testing, validation till enhancement go live.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.

  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking

  • Knowledge of Power BI/ Power Pivot/ SQL/ Power Queries

  • Advanced level of Excel Skills

  • High level of business acumen and awareness of the FMCG business

  • Ability to work effectively and influence across multiple functions and levels.

  • Resilience and positive attitude
