Mondelez International O2O Business Development Manager in Shanghai, China


1, Setting up strategic plan and 3yrs growth target for O2O business

2, Deep understanding and peneration in customers and define position for respective customers

3, Building up strong collabraton and network with key decision makers in customer

4, Define financial (P&L/GTN) model for O2O business and control investment

5, Articulate ways of working between O2O platform and tradtional Key accounts

6, Lead distribution and standard product display page in O2O sites

7, SEO and other strategy to ensure good visiblity of MDLZ products

8, Invest and evaluate traffic investment model

9, develop campaign to drive growth of MDLZ products

10, work closely with customers to explore potential growth opportunity(NPD, make to order, expansion)

11, provide monthly buisness and KPI report to track result

12, Distill and extend learnings from O2O business development


  • At least 5 years working experience in HQ sales(KA/CPA) of MNC

  • Proven success in driving business growth with multi-levers

  • Experience in EC or internet company will be a plus

  • Advanced English and project manangement skill
