You plan, develop and execute capital projects by supporting technical developments, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in supply chain and capital expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest levels of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You will follow Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and ensure that Mondelēz standards are adhered to.
How you will contribute
In this role you will:
Ensure the IL6S works carry out efficiently in Plant.
Ensure that all operators, process engineers, line leaders and team leaders are trained and supported to implement the IL6S expectations step by step in the production lines.
Present and prepare the KPI’s of the plant monthly.
Deliver clear understanding of the requirements for the continuous improvement process requirements (e.g. behaviors attitude and culture) necessary to build a productive environment that sustains productivity delivery and improve safety, quality, and service.
Support behavioral change across the plant, including support functions, through coaching and influencing employees.
Collaborate with Human Resources between employee representative groups, management, and employees to develop a sustainable plant continuous improvement culture.
Instrumental in achieving the plant conversion productivity target and identifying productivity opportunities to close potential gaps.
Organizes meetings with all plant functions to share continuous improvement status, define next steps in order to raise the performance bar, review plans to deliver sustainable productivity, and develop plans to drive towards a continuous improvement plant culture.

Experience in Manufacturing or Engineering.

Great communication capability, motivation and listening skills.
Problem solving skills and the ability to drive and sustain behavioral change through coaching and influencing.
Please note this position is based in our Kazichene Plant.
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
