You will lead the planning and implementation of start-up activities to achieve the project’s criteria and vertical start-up glide paths on schedule at budget and provide coordination with other key project elements/interfaces.

For the role of New Launch Leader, we are looking for a person with a black belt in planning, who is not afraid of innovation, the impossible does not exist for them, and comes to work with an open mind and readiness for new challenges.

How you will contribute

As a New Launch Leader , you will be responsible for:

  • Effective management of a project team (cross-functional) and reporting of its work following Innovation Initiative management procedure;

  • Managing the process of introducing and commissioning new machines in the factory;

  • Managing the planning and implementation of implementation activities;

  • Identify and mitigate risks during the project.

  • Actively participate in the process of continuous improvement of production processes and indicate potential optimizations;

  • Conducting technological tests;

  • Identifying new technical and organizational solutions aimed at reducing costs;

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Strong leadership experience in a manufacturing site, preferred in Operations with experience and qualifications on the I2M / IIM Process

  • Possess financial & business acumen, project management skills and Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment, Technology & Engineering automation basics.

  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills.Requirements:

  • Higher education (technical, food technology);

  • Experience in a similar position in a production environment;

  • Knowledge of spoken and written English at the level of min. B2;

  • Ability to manage projects during the course of change and under time pressure;

  • Communication skills and the ability to work in a diverse team;

  • Self-discipline and the ability to prioritize their tasks;

  • Independence, flexibility and multitasking

Please note this position is based in our Kazichene Plant

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
