Mondelez International Group Leader, Global Biscuit Productivity Platforms in Suzhou, China
Manage group of 5-7 developers.
Serve as primary linkage with AMEA Productivity lead. Meet regularly with this team to ensure mutual dependance. Organize regular quarterly group meetings with AMEA and Global Productivity Directors. Maintain "contract" of mutual dependance.
Lead activities to develop robust pipelie of new productivity ideas.
Serve as Suzhou Global Productivity site leader by representing the team in site meetings, budgeting and townhalls.
Providing coaching to direct reports to ensure technical excellence and consumer-centric focus delivered with all development work.
For Global Crew Grains activities, lead major flour/wheat initiatives for the AMEA region.
Ensure strong partnerships with Suppliers, peers, stakeholders and regional partners including technology, process, analytical, pilot plant, quality and consumer science.
Experience in people management, food ingredient functionality, formulation, and commercialization as well as expertise in bakingand wheat is required.
Minimum of 7 years of food industry experience required with track record of successful developments.
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemical Engineering required. Masters or PhD desireable.
