You will support our growth and the delivery of excellent business results. You will be responsible for converting in-depth shopping and retail environment insights into category, retail and customer strategies and recommendations. Also, you will have the responsibility to ensure shopping is integrated into marketing plans and programs as well as supporting the cross-category shopper insights agenda.

How you will contribute

  • Category Management - Utilize syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) and internal data to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape within assigned categories.

  • Insights Generation: Translate data analysis into actionable insights to identify growth opportunities, develop category strategies, and support sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, RGM, Category planning to develop and implement category plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with 7-Eleven customer to understand their category needs, present insights-driven recommendations, and support joint business planning discussions.

  • Presentation and Communication: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating insights and recommendations.

  • Project Management: Lead category research projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery of insights and recommendations.

What you will bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in category management, insights, or analytics within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.

  • Proficiency in syndicated data analysis tools (e.g., Nielsen Nitro, IRI Liquid Data) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven track record of successful project management and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Passion for insights and understanding of market dynamics within the snacking industry.
