Hybrid: 2 days out of Dallas, TX Office

Working with cross-functional global and regional teams, you support portfolio strategy that aligns with the category vision to drive sustainable brand growth and to deliver business objectives. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.

How you will contribute

Working with other internal stakeholders, you will determine the priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans execute category marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, sharing objectives and monitoring performance, and delivering results over the AC and SP horizon. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns.

You will be responsible for working with the Customer Business Leads/Managers, Headquarter Shopper Marketing, Sales team, distributors, Brand Marketing as well multiple vendors to accelerate topline growth, share growth, and customer penetration within specific customers.  The Shopper Marketing Manager will play an integral role in the development & execution of shopper marketing programs that support our brand, category, and customer sales objectives.

R esponsibilities:

  • Drive shopper strategy and creative for key brands within the Ricolino portfolio in strong collaboration with Brand, Sales and Distributor teams with goal to elevate shopper solutions and capabilities, and leverage key insights to drive sales and share.

  • Spearhead development and share out program measurement, evaluation, and analysis.Demonstrate the ability to optimize future programs to deliver the best return. Test & learn to evaluate marketing tactics and cutting-edge program activation elements.

  • Lead the management of agencies and vendors that includes briefing, evaluating strategy and creative, communication across key stakeholders. Plans inclusive of, but not limited to National Coupons, Independent Hispanic Stores, Sponsored Search, Merchandising programs etc.

  • Manage ongoing development, asset management, content updates for online ad building tool to support field sales team. Coordinate phased updates with agency and vendor to build capability for organization.

  • Build and maintain multi-discipline relationships within the organization including developing and delivering presentations to gain buy-in and to drive results. Examples are inclusive of, but not limited to: Annual Planning, Sales stories, Merchandizing guides etc.

  • Budget Management: Own Shopper Marketing Budget management, tracking, and payments

Education & Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree – Marketing or Business

  • MBA or Masters in Marketing a plus

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in shopper marketing, customer marketing or a related field

  • CPG background is a plus

  • IRI or Nielsen proficiency preferred

  • Travel : up to 25%

  • Customer/Consumer Insights – work with Insights to build plans that will translate into new business

  • Strong Analytical/General Management Skills – excellent analytical skills for post analytics

  • Superior Execution – willingness to roll up sleeves and execute Knowledge of ethnic culture, interests, attitudes, technology, trends, etc.
