You will perform detailed finance work, transactions and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager. You will collect data, be responsible for maintaining information integrity, monitor reconciliations and conduct basic checks and controls.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and data integrity checks

  • Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies

  • Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Senior Finance Manager (or Director)

  • Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement

  • Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers

  • TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial analysis and data collection/structuring

  • LEADERSHIP SKILLS including collaboration and communication skills within a larger Finance team. Team player with can do mentality to deliver results

Aligned with our Finance Vision of being contemporary and world class… we are looking for Finance Analyst for Southern Cone.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Co-pilot for N°1 management priority for the Business Unit (Free Cashflow generation), high exposure to senior stakeholders and CFO.

  • Own cash closing and forecasting management process, expected to coordinate with different areas to get inputs and to understand assumptions/insights behind the numbers. Deliver variance analysis. Ensure data integrity checks.

  • Identify avenues for cash generation, critical to influence improvements on working capital. Brind fresh ideas, it requires a great external view to quickly understand impacts from new regulations.

  • Work closely with Treasury to protect net financial position. Financial market knowledge highly valued.

  • Execute ad hoc analysis on investments/initiatives to protect cash. Coordinate end-to-end assessment from legal, Tax, Financial, accounting perspective.

  • Contribute to build a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers. Role reports to a Finance Cash Manager.

  • High valued experiences in Finance: FP&A Planning / Business Partner roles / cost management. Minimum 3 years of experience.

  • Business acumen: has a natural passion for operations design and business results. Is biased towards actions that have the most tangible and significant impact to the business.

  • Rapidly absorbs new information and knowledge to apply new techniques, technology, and procedures. Knowledge of SAP will be appreciated.

  • CRITICAL AND ANALYTICAL THINKING, able to challenge and provide insights.

  • Good communication skills: able to present effectively to senior leaders in the organization and to flex the communication style depending on the audience.

  • Willingness and aptitude to solve problems. Analytical and goal-driven profile.

  • Networking skills: able to work remotely with numerous stakeholders and to develop collaborative relationships with them.

  • Fluent English (oral & written)
