In this role, you will plan, execute and integrate a range of communications activities including content development, publishing, measurement and other operations in coordination with other teams and stakeholders both internal and external. You also plan and execute Public and Government Affairs activities to advocate for Mondelēz International’s interests and coordinate a range of related transactions or communications with the public and government officials.

How you will contribute

You will design and deliver outstanding media relations, government affairs, and internal communications and community engagement campaigns across markets. This role will require you to think globally and collaborate with colleagues from around the world to share best practices. You will also promote the latest innovations and investments in the market to keep our people engaged in the transformation and to partner with government officials so we can make changes to our operating model and ways of working. In addition to these contributions, you will manage all aspects of communications channels; nurture relationships with Tier 1 corporate media; drive news coverage that promotes Mondelēz International; support local leadership and their teams, stakeholders and other functions internal communications activities, and ensure that activities are delivered within budget.

What you need to know about this position

Como Analista Senior de Comunicación Interna, algunas de tus tareas serán:

• Ejecutar la comunicación interna en el mercado del Cono Sur (Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay).

• Desarrollar contenido creativo y atractivo para comunicarse internamente con los empleados a través de canales locales, regionales y globales, aprovechando nuestras plataformas de reputación global (haciendo crecer nuestro negocio, nuestra gente y nuestro impacto).

• Preparar materiales de comunicación multimedia e impresos, como videos e infografías, folletos, etc. (internamente o con el apoyo de una agencia, según corresponda).

• Desarrollar campañas de comunicación local y activar campañas globales y regionales en el mercado del Cono Sur.

• Desarrollar el newsletter interno, trabajando en equipo con referentes de las áreas y plantas para recibir todas las novedades.

• Difundir las comunicaciones a través de canales internos, en línea con los canales globales y regionales (Intranet, noticias, newsletters, correo electrónico)

• Mantener actualizado el calendario editorial con todas las actividades de comunicación interna,

• Realizar eventos de comunicación, como TownHalls y charlas con líderes. Montaje de invitación, seguimiento, logística, ejecución general, puesta en escena, presentación, etc.

• Integrar comités de comunicación de las plantas.

• Asesorar al equipo de marketing para ejecutar acciones de endomarketing y trabajar en equipo con RRHH para activaciones internas.

• Realizar un seguimiento y medir los esfuerzos de comunicación interna.

• Integrar equipos o proyectos regionales, como círculos para compartir mejores prácticas.

Requirements:

• Graduado de comunicación o carreras afines

• +4 años de experiencia relacionada con la comunicación.

• Nivel avanzado de inglés

• Manejo de paquetes office (Power Point/Excel)

• Conocimiento de herramientas de diseño gráfico y audiovisual

• Pasión por la escritura y la creatividad.
