You work in partnership with customers within a geography to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.
How you will contribute
You will:
Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer
Execute the strategy for the customer
Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan)
Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations

What you need to know about this position:
Como Supervisor Canal Tradicional GBA NORTE trabajarás en asociación con clientes dentro de GBA Norte, con el objetivo de definir y ejecutar una estrategia de crecimiento para el canal tradicional.
Job specific requirements:
Graduado o estudiante de carreras administrativas
+5 años de experiencia en roles de ventas dentro de industria de consumo masivo
Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo
Contar con movilidad propia (automóvil)
Dominio del idioma inglés avanzado
Work schedule:
Esquema híbrida, Lunes a Viernes 9 a 18 hs.

We produce over 40 iconic and delicious brands with more than 400 products including Milka, Oreo, Cadbury and Tang, and local jewels like Cerealitas, Terrabusi and Clight, among others. More than 2,600 wonderful people proudly work to make our delicious snacks at two production plants in Argentina: the Pacheco Plant in Buenos Aires Province, Villa Mercedes Plant in Villa Mercedes Province and our commercial offices located in San Isidro, Buenos Aires Province.
