Purpose of the Role

The Cluster Site Security Automation Lead is responsible for the manufacturing automation systems in terms of maintaining a constant high level of system reliability. This covers existing and newly deployed systems as part of Capital projects. He/ she will be actively applying Mondelez Global Automation standards and procedures and is responsible for the ongoing safe state of related systems. This includes regular and long term activities including financial planning to migrate obsolete systems into a current supported hardware and software. He /she will actively support automation driven deployments and new line/ equipment deployment in terms of integration. In scope are 3 Plants by cluster lead

Responsibilities

Is responsible for the following aspects for networked based Automation/ control systems -for a cluster of plants:

  • Responsible for automation security technology at the plant cluster following Mondelez standards

  • Ensures site is in compliance with company standards for automation, infrastructure and system security policies and procedures.

  • Develops and executes site roadmaps for automation, automation infrastructure including delivery of shared infrastructure, servers-Manages 3rd Party Providers

  • Issue escalation point for Automation, Automation network Infrastructure, disaster recovery or security threats.

  • Development of site and cluster budgets and management of spending for support, maintenance and lifecycle management in line with the standards

  • Coordinates and ensures business involvement during technology lifecycle to support changes/ upgrades/ replacements

  • Oversight ensuring any internal or 3rd party resources understand and adhere to standards

  • Escalation to regional Automation Lead of desired exceptions or improvement ideas

  • Drives cultural change management within the Plant / cluster to embrace cyber security policy/standards applied to control equipment

  • Owns the business continuity plan including disaster recovery of automation networks and systems

  • Active participation in global/regional automation & systems development and security communications

  • Ensure alignment between local Business Continuity Planning and Enterprise recovery procedures, regarding CCN Automation systems

Qualifications

Qualifications

  1. Automation experience of minimum 3 years

  2. IT / IS infrastructure knowledge used in Automation environment

  3. Experience in major engineering project, project engineer role for a minimum of 3 years

  4. Know how in PLC, Scada / HMI programming and maintenance- Preferrably Rockwell, SIEMENS
