You will improve value and service to your customers and improve supply chain efficiency. In addition, you will use internal and customer data to optimize plans and to support joint initiatives with strategic customers.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Be the single point of contact for your customer portfolio

  • Manage escalations for complaints and disputes, and handle and resolve issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

  • Help achieve business and commercial objectives by achieving customer service targets, supporting the improvement agenda (internal process and external customer) and developing collaborative relationships cross-functionally and with customers

  • Work with the order fulfilment team to report on KPIs, including root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives

  • Use customer data to monitor on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock holding and promotional sales. Use this information to drive decision making internally and with the customer in ways that maximize service levels and sales

More about this role

As the Allocation Analyst your role is to support execution on key portfolios, ensuring fair share of inventory distribution to our customers. You will use internal customer data to optimize production plans, supporting joint initiatives of all customers. You will work closely with various planning groups including Sales Strategy, Demand Planning, Customer Teams and Product supply to maintain the Allocation plan and managing communication to these groups. You will review customer level forecasts and supply to ensure flow of inventory is met in both quantity and timing.

  • Be the single point of contact for your customer portfolio to achieve Category Goals

  • Manage escalations and resolve supply gaps to maximize customer satisfaction and deliver performance against plan

  • Help achieve end-to-end business objectives by developing collaborative relationships cross-functionally and supporting internal KPIs related to (and not limited to) Service and Waste

  • Create ad-hoc reports and attend cross-functional meetings as needed

What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • 3-5 years of Supply Chain Experience in a FMCG or CPG company with understanding of end-to-end process adoption

  • Experience managing customer level forecasts

  • Experience managing customer level order-management

  • Strong stakeholder management, Influencing and Communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to think ‘outside the box’

  • Team player who is accountable for results, proactive thinking and flexibility

  • Independent worker, comfortable taking action without authority

  • Strong focus on delivering internal KPIs

  • Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree (Preferred); Or related work experience demonstrated

  • Regular business hours M-F (Hybrid)
