The Nordic Perfect Point of Sale (PPOS) team is accountable for the development and delivery of all Mondelez permanent & temporary (flat pack) Point of Sale (POS) solutions.

The PPOS Project Manager’s key accountability is to lead the end to end development and launch of all flat pack POS. This will involve project managing a full range of stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure delivery of a fit for purpose, shopper led range of displays and solutions for our customers. The PPOS Project Manager will be expected to take accountability for leading delivery of their own projects, with minimal supervision from their line manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead end to end delivery of complex generic (campaign) flat pack and account specific displays.

  • Responsibilities include integration of commercial briefs and, with suppliers, create high quality, fit for purpose POS and displays that meet retailer requirements.

  • Deliver against internal hurdle rates. The role requires good knowledge and application of shopper insights to deliver high quality, retailer approved skus using Mondelez harmonized displays and design simplification principles.

  • Driving POS efficiency – Assess impact and efficiency of displays to ensure delivery of best in class solutions.

  • Post-evaluate campaigns to reduce waste and maximize spend efficiency.

  • Share learnings across Sales to raise awareness of high POS wastage and drive compliance to 90% campaign utilization.

  • Adopt a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset to drive/support implementation of regional & local CI projects, achieving all productivity, simplification or sku/display improvement targets.

  • Governance: Full use of Mondelez harmonised displays and design simplification principles.

  • Maintain project documentation and reporting to communicate clear status of projects.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree calibre.

  • Strong Project Management skills within a Supply Chain or Commercial context.

  • Strong in problem solving and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.

  • Strong facilitation, organisation, and time management skills.

  • Systems literate.
