You are responsible for ensuring that the S/4HANA global manufacturing maintenance design and implementation project is delivered successfully, completed on time and within budget. This includes being the PMO and coordinator of the SAP S/4HANA blueprinting development and implementation plan to enable from the manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and production streams ensuring the understanding and inclusion of regional requirements into the global design.

How you will contribute

  • Be accountable for the S/4HANA MTI (Materials to Inventory) design for manufacturing processes including maintenance, quality, and production.

  • Based on Brownfield design, understand global "From/To" design and identify regional requirements and benefits as well as implications of including these.

  • Develop KDDs/ BRD gathering details on benefits, implications and resources required.

  • Governance with regional business MTI Leads to understand their needs and keep them communicated on the progress and work required.

  • Coordinate with Accenture PMO team working sessions and material required.

  • Prepare and present 4Box and slides to present in global, regional governance meetings.

  • Develop materials and process flows to educate/ train teams on changes to facilitate change management.

  • Manage and facilitate leadership presentations and regional touch points as needed.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program/project-level risks, escalating to global leads when necessary.

  • Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings.

  • Manage the ownership and updating of the collaboration sites such as Teams and SharePoint.

  • Strong focus on cost, schedule, and quality of project delivery

  • Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions

  • Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making.

  • Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners.

  • Strong conceptual and analytic skills – enjoys problem solving.

  • Strong MS Teams and SharePoint knowledge

What you need to know about this position

  • This is a Global 100% remote role based in Chicago or other locations.

  • This role which will require flexibility in work times.

  • Travel will be required based on project requirements.

  • This is a fixed term opportunity based on project timelines. Program will last 3 to 4 years from design to implementation.

Required Experience:

  • 8+ years of supply chain expertise in manufacturing

  • Experience leading a global or regional project team.

  • SAP knowledge with understanding on functionalities

  • Demonstrated success in the project management execution.

  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is desirable.

  • Ability to effectively manage a diverse portfolio of multiple workstreams within the project simultaneously, ensuring each workstream meets its objectives within defined timelines.

  • Experience in leveraging cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes is essential.

  • Experience in project plan management and all aspects of the same, inclusive of financials, resourcing, timing, risks, etc.

  • Exceptional communication skills (English) with the ability to effectively convey ideas, negotiate priorities, and build consensus across all levels of the project organization. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making processes to achieve project objectives.

  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, managing through ambiguity, scope changes, and unexpected challenges.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Certifications relevant to project management are strongly preferred.
