As part of the Mondelēz International Digital Services division, you have responsibility for a specific discipline that may include partnering with leaders in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc. You lead a team that delivers best-in-class service and value creation to their clients and that strives for operational excellence at all times.

You will work with others to offer suggestions to enhance the experience direction global process workstreams for experiences, develop action plans to ensure that minimum operating standards are met, and work with other leads to attain and maintain operational excellence and continuous improvement to ensure customer-focused delivery of services. In addition, you will ensure value delivery by using performance metrics and analysis.

As a Global Solution Owner for Accounts Payable (Pay), you will be E2E responsible for the strategy, delivery, and day-to-day operations operations of SAP Pay space. In addition you are also expected to know Procurement function E2E with cross stream integrations. Pay is one of the critical Mondelēz enterprise systems supporting Invoice Processing. It is integrated with multitude of systems like Readsoft, tungsten, bottomline etc. You are also expected to manage various M&As that would be happening in future to integrate them successfully with Mondelēz processes. Being the leader in this space you are expected to manage various global stakeholders and partners as well.

  • Master Data functional process understanding

  • Deep SAP MM and Procurement business understanding

  • Strong functional and configuration experience in SAP MM

  • Strong experience with integrating applications/systems

  • Proven experience in E2E partner management.

  • Familiar operating in large and complex multi-national organizations to create alignment for strategic priorities across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Agility to manage and influence in a virtual, remote, worldwide organization.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

What you need to know about this position:

In this position you will:

  • Partner with Procurement business to execute future digital model and make technology agnostic approaches

  • Support key projects including digital procurement, Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures, etc.

  • Define requirements and validate requirements behind enhancement requests.

  • Analyze and transform business requirements into an integrated architectural blueprint spanning applications, systems, and platforms to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Oversee technical delivery by system integrators.

  • Be accountable for SAP AP support KPIs, with support from the Application Management Support team.

  • Manage SAP AP solution budget and licenses globally.

  • Drive innovation in the way we work: Agile, test automation, etc.

More about this role

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, and/or Business Administration

  • 10 or more years technical experience preferably in a Solution Architect role and with master data solutions.
