In the role of Manager Category Finance FP&A Poland & Baltics, you will:
Be the manager in a team responsible for the financial integrity and performance of two business units: Poland & Baltic states with focus on categories lens and FP&A
Perform planning and forecasting , monitor and adjust execution of assumptions, oversight monthly reporting process, support delivery of overall objectives on a timely manner
Cooperate & manage the third party providers
Provide partnership and support to Senior Managers and Directors in data collection and preparation of business proposals
Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment at Mondelēz International. You will also ensure that policies are understood in the organization and that proper controls and compliance are in place
Drive for harmonization, efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and build a mindset of continuous improvement within the Finance team.
What you need to be successful:
Solid commercial / FP&A finance experience, preferably with previous interactions with HQ
Min 4 years’ experience in managing teams / processes
Ability to operate in complex matrix environment across various teams, in different locations
Strong ability to interact with senior management and provide strategic perspective
Well organized with excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills
University degree (major in Finance/ Economics);
Fluency in English and Polish; international experience is a benefit
